Job Description 
Assist with opening and closing procedures to ensure a safe working environment Display and ensure that all staff practice the 4 basic behaviours of customer care Report all customer dissatisfaction to the Patro and ensure that all communication is promptly dealt with Reinforce training elements with staff to ensure development and personal growth Attend and reinforce all issues deriving from monthly staff meetings Reinforce and uphold all policies and procedures Uphold and ensure that all staff meet standards regarding uniform to project a professional image Assist with maintaining all set policies related to disciplinary and grievance procedures Assist with the completion of shift rosters and control of labour....

Desired Candidate Profile 
Education: (UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization, BHM - Hotel Management) OR (PG - Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization, Post Graduation Not Required) OR ( Doctorate - Doctorate Not Required) Hotel Management or equivalent qualification but with 5 to 7 years of experience as Restaurant Manager. Store operation according to the set budgets and sales targets Store operation according to Nandos Operations policies and procedures (see Operations Manual) and ensure best practice is maintained at all times Accurate staffing levels and environment maintained To consistently deliver the Nandos Experience Good communication skills Ability to interact at all levels Operational senior management hospitality experience Ability to handle pressure
