Short listing candidates after initial screening and coordinating with the Management for the final rounds of interviews Doing Reference Check with candidates previous employers. Releasing Offer Letter / Appointment Letters, and Follow-ups with the candidates till their joining Maintaining MIS Manage various HR processes like relieving formalities, appraisal process, payroll processing. Formulating HR policies
