Under the general guidance of the General Manager, and within the limits of Hotels policies, procedures and Human Resource Framework, responsible for managing the hotels training function, including developing a complement of qualified departmental trainers and establishes a hotel system for generating training data and evaluating results. The Training Manager position impacts on the skills, knowledge and attitudes of every hotel employee and ensures the availability and use of effective resources. Salary: INR 3,50,000 - 4,25,000 P.A. Education: (UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization, BHM - Hotel Management) AND (PG - Post Graduation Not Required) AND ( Doctorate - Doctorate Not Required) Min 3-5 years as Training Mgr/ Asst. Trg. Mgr in hotel industry. Candidates with F&B or Front office background preferred.
